What you need is ‘DNS control‘.

In DNS Control, point the root domain of his.com to google server (ghs.google.com) by CNAME (aka ALIAS). There’s no need of any hosting company. But take note that most of the hosting companies (such as NetKL) do not give free DNS. So, you are required buy a new domain and point it to any free DNS and then set the DNS to point the domain to google server.

Next, in the blogspot setting, you will need to mention your domain name as the domain URL and it will work fine.

As generous reminder, there’s no need to buy any hosting, just domain name and free DNS.
