How to capture what you see on screen

Find difficulty to explain what you see on computer if your friend do not has a computer?

What about capture whatever images, information, drawings and show to them instead?

Lesson: How to capture what you see on computer by ‘PrintScreen’ (or some other peoples named it as ‘Screen Shot’)

Step 1- Once you have the screen to be printed ready, first press [Ctrl] and [Print Screen SysRq] (which is locate on top, or besides F12 button).

Step 2- Open ‘Paint‘, then press [Ctrl] and [V] to paste the screen you have printed.

Step 3- Now, you will see the whole image you have printed. But if you would like to retrieve part of the image, then drag to the image you wanted only using maze button.

Step 4- Only the final image ready, click right and [Cut]. Follow by pressing [Ctrl] and [N] to open a new file.

Final Step- Now, press [Ctrl] and [V] to paste the final image. Once it’s confirmed, save the file by clicking on [File] > [Save As] and remember to save the file under ‘PNG’ format. Done!
