Why most peoples are broke?
Wondering why most peoples in the globe are not wealthy or some said ‘money not enough‘? Worse, some peoples keep doing the same thing day by day not realize they are one of the peoples who broke…
Now we will understand top 5 reasons why most of the peoples are broke.
1) Spend first, pay later
This is the main reason why most of the peoples has not enough of money end of the month. Banks could be the culprit, but you must responsible for what you have enjoyed, too.
Most credit card holders always have this thought, I will pay back whenever I have the money, after they spent. The fact is, when do they have money to pay back? Usually not. Only peoples who are obedience and set the rules of game did not fall into this. He/ she pay back to the bank right after they spent even though the amount is not huge. So? Make sure you have the cash to purchase the stuff and not expect the banks to ‘borrow’ the money to you.
The term ‘Shop now, Pay later’ means, the later you pay, the more money you would have pay back. That’s easy. Nothing is free anyway.
2) Laziness or Slothfulness
If you don’t work then don’t expect to eat every time. Being afraid of hard work is being afraid of good success. You might just need a boss to tell you how to do what you do, otherwise nothing may get done. Be encouraged, be a self starter and be a go-getter, your work ethic should out weigh your talents. Remember that you only deserve what you work to have and God’s favor is given at will to those who labor to rest.
3) They do not record where’s the penny goes
Do you remember what you have spent last month? What about last week? If you don’t, then you may fall in the trap of blind-spendor. Since young, my parent encourage us to record down where the expenses goes to in a consistent way. Get yourself a book, day by day put down the figure where you have spent.
If you notice that some of the expenses could be avoid, make sure it’s not happen again. Something that you could save such as entertainment, eat at home, watch movie using YouTube and many other ways you can actually accumulate the monies.
4) Time management
Everyone of us have 24 hours a day. But why some peoples could earn RM5,000 a month but you only get RM1,500/month? Is that something goes wrong to the salary scheme? Not at all.
Wise peoples use money to buy ‘time’ as they do not have enough manpower to complete the tasks. While most peoples try to save money and wasting their time. Do you facebook or browse YouTube everyday? Most simple thing is what you can earn from doing these things? Fun? Friendship? C’mon, be realistic. Go and find something else that can earn you extra income.
